The goal
The target group is to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure safety during activities near power lines and cables and during the installation of cable conduits, in order to reduce accidents resulting in personal injury or loss of life, and to avoid damage to the power grid and equipment.

Occupational groups working—or expected to work—near power lines and other electrical installations; planners of various work operations; and occupational groups required to excavate, drive, or insert objects into the ground and prepare for the laying of cable conduits.
