The course is delivered in accordance with the approved curriculum for the High-Speed Craft Basic and Refresher Course, including Bridge Resource Management (BRM) and Engine Room Resource Management (ERM), pursuant to Regulation FOR-2011-12-22-1523, Section 65.
The course also satisfies the requirements for BRM and ERM training under the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW), 1978, as amended.
Prerequisites
Participants must hold a valid High-Speed Craft Basic Course or High-Speed Craft Refresher Course certificate.
