The topics covered
The course covers fundamental RCM principles, analytical methods such as FMEA/FMECA and functional failure analysis, FFA, maintenance strategies including condition based CBM and OCM, as well as risk assessments, human factors, and decision logic. It also includes practical cases and the application of RCM in projects, operations, and change management.
