Training for Operationally Responsible Personnel shall be conducted by a certified training provider, in accordance with Section 8-1, first paragraph, of the Regulations relating to administrative arrangements.

NORSOK R-003N or R-005N standard. G11 Lifting Equipment, Modules 1 and 2.3.
